- 01
Host · Open the app
Create an invitation on the computer being controlled and accept the system open-app prompt.
Check: Check the app launches; if it does not respond, check installation and the system prompt.
- 02
Host · Share the invitation
Confirm the connection prompts and share the generated invitation. Show its QR code in person or send the generated link to the intended person. Keep the session open while they join.
Check: Use the generated invitation, not the plain page address.
- 03
Viewer · Join and request
Scan or paste the invitation, verify the intended computer, join, then request viewing or control. Wait for explicit approval instead of repeating the request.
Check: Joining alone does not grant keyboard or mouse access.
- 04
Host · Grant access
Follow capture and input permission prompts. Use screen sharing for viewing only. Disconnect when assistance is complete and confirm sharing has stopped.
Check: Success means a real picture and, after approval, working input.

Configuration and limits
Before you start
Install and open Orylin on the computer being controlled. The other device joins its invitation. The sharing computer decides whether to grant input access. Screen sharing allows viewing; remote control adds keyboard and mouse input.
Connect
Create an invitation on the sharing computer and allow the app to open. Follow the app and system prompts for connection, capture and input permissions. Share the invitation; the joining device requests viewing or control. Installing the app does not grant another person control.
Checks and limits
Cancel before connecting or disconnect afterwards. If the app does not respond, check installation and the system prompt. Picture, input and OS permissions must work separately. An open app does not prove that remote control is working.
